| Comments: | I would like to point out the overt plagarism of one of Mr Mason's songs, "Delilah" by the American pop group "Fastball". Their song, "The Way" is almost note-for-note a direct copy of "Delilah". As a guitarist/keyboardist I can easily play both songs using the same chords and melody, and even the key change is the same. I fell Barry is owed a substantial portion of the royalties on this song, which blatantly plagarises his work. |

| Comments: | picked up a new IMac and after they transferred all our info from the PC I review the llist. Your site address beckoned a visit and there you were. Hope you and Vanessa are doing welll. Debbie would have sent off the video per your request, but on June 22 while playing golf across the street my golf ball hit a tree less than 10 feet away and came back and struck me square in the eye. My life has been turned upside down, but at this time I am literally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Had one surgery to replace the lens and I am waiting until sometime in september for 2 more surgeries. If all goes well, my vision should be restored and most of the traumatic glacoma issues will be behind me. Twilight Zone moments abound in karaoke joints, but this one stands alone in it's wonderfulness. Maggie and Tyler were so gregarious, and having fun celebrating a couple of birthdays, so we sang the song again later, as their exit piece - about 5 of us - nice to have a choir and a couple enthusiasticly hysterical laughers! We were all at one TV studio or another, possibly Plymouth for Sing Along presented by Jimmy Saville. We also met a number of times when I was managing Alvin on behalf of His Lordship! In 1967, I lived in West Berlin where I promoted four club for Rolf Eden. On a visit home I heard The Last Waltz, bought a copy, took it back to Berlin and it was played twenty times a night at the Eden Playboy. It's just taken me 2 hours to smurf through your list of song credits...unbelievable...a national honour should certainly be awarded to you...maybe an OBE...it'll take me a little longer to get you the knighthood you deserve. | Comments: | Dear Sir, I don't know if you remember an Iraqi band called Unknown to No One (UTN1). There were some attempts to get them to go to the U.K. in 2003, but those attempts failed at that time. You promised then that you would write a song for them, but since they couldn't get to the U.K. and facing many other problems, they had to unband and each one of them went his seperate way. The guys are back together now and they reformed their band once again. They did go to the U.K. this time where they recorded a few songs including their first single which is called "While We Can" which is a song about a hope for peace. I'm a 17 years old Iraqi girl who happens to be a fan of UTN1 and what I wanted to ask you about is: Will you keep your promise and write a song for them to sing?
